Who you are buying from

Prices
Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT: VAT is added at checkout, on its own line, before you pay. The total you see when you review your order is what you pay; if a price, stock level or discount changes before you place the order, we show you the new total first.
Your order
Your order is confirmed when your payment is confirmed (online payments) or when you place it (cash on delivery, bank transfer). If an item turns out to be unavailable, we contact you and refund what you paid for it.
Payment
You can pay online with PayPal or a card, by bank transfer, or with cash on delivery, as offered at checkout. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see your card details. PayPal doesn’t accept AED, so PayPal payments are charged in US dollars at the rate shown before you pay. Payment discounts apply only as described next to the payment method.
