Privacy policy

This page explains what we do with the details you give us when you order from this website.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and (for delivery) your address, and what you ordered.

Why

To prepare, deliver and invoice your order, to contact you about it, and to keep the records the law requires (such as VAT records).

Payments

Online payments are handled by PayPal or the card payment provider. We don’t see or keep your card or PayPal login details; we receive the payment’s status and reference.

In your browser

Your cart and wishlist are kept in your own browser so they are still there when you come back. We don’t use advertising cookies. The map on our contact page is provided by Google, which may set its own cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us what we keep about you, to correct it, or to delete what we don’t have to keep: contact us.
